This will be an intimate experience; a time to release, let go and feel yourself emerge anew. Take this opportunity to unwind and reset. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Please arrive by 9:45am to allow time to find your place and get settled in.
What should you bring?
- Yoga mat or pad to lie on
- Pillow
- Blanket or sleeping bag, whatever will keep you comfortable.
- Eye masks will be provided or you can bring your own.
