Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of sound bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, keyboard, handpan, and voices... Invite the heart to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and deep relaxation. This in-person event promises to be a gathering of healing and connection with like-minded individuals. An pportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Each Sound Journey will be different by including a mixture of breathing practices, meditations, journaling, energy work, gentle movement + more.

Chynna Dee is a holistic nurse, yoga teacher, and sound healing/breathwork facilitator with a profound passion for sharing transformative modalities. Dedicated to holistic wellness, she embraces the roles of spiritual guide and eternal student. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to personal growth and an abiding respect for the interconnectedness of nature, mind, and spirit. Through her practice, she has curated immersive retreats and workshops, creating sacred spaces for communal exploration and healing. Marcus is a percussionist, music producer, and philosopher with extensive expertise in drumming traditions spanning Afro-Cuban to Middle Eastern lineages. As a guest professor of Afro-Cuban and Haitian percussion at the Hartt School of Music, he shares his knowledge through lectures, masterclasses, and private instruction. With a passion for synthesizing and communicating intricate cultural and religious concepts, Marcus uses his artistry to foster connection and understanding through music.
