💫Breathwork
💫Short mat-based yoga practice to help relieve tension in the body (no experience of yoga necessary)
💫Guided meditation
💫Sound bath using a variety of instruments including singing bowls, wind gong, rainstick, bodhran drum and sansula
Sound baths can help:

You'll just need to bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion and a bottle of water.

Please be aware that sound baths are not suitable for women in the first trimester of pregnancy or those with severe mental health conditions.
