I'm super excited to be collaborating with Karen Vogelin to bring you a Sunday Somatic Wind down event. In this 2 hour 15 min event. Experience a slow Hanna Somatic movement class taught by me to release and relax tense muscles followed by the best savasana ever, an hour Gong Bath with Karen. What could be better. In today's modern life, it is sometimes hard to make time for yourself to de-stress and to slow down. Never done a Gong Bath? Well everyone will have a difference experience, all you have to do is lie down and get cosy, blankets and eye pillows will be provided, allow the powerful sound waves of the Gong, crystal singing bowls, chimes and ocean drum to relax your body and mind. Many people feel a sense of bliss and peace after a Gong Bath and combine that with the Somatic movement class first, it's win win. Many people feel relaxed and looser after a Somatic Movement class, a feeling very similar to a massage. I imagine you will drift off home after the class and hopefully have a peaceful sleep.
