Welcome to your Sunday Solace...

☀️Begin your morning with 15 minutes of Breathwork and Meditation as we warm up ready for our 45 minutes of Slow Flow Yoga, followed by a 15 minute Mini Cacao Ceremony and finally resting in 45 minutes of Sound Healing bliss...

🙏This is an intimate space with a limit of 10 spots available for each class. Limiting our numbers means you can really go within, rest and relax.

💫The event will be held at Kindred Soul Sanctuary, which is located at 2 Elliott Street, Surfers Paradise. There is free parking available behind the building (the parking says "Reserved" but these spaces are not reserved on Sundays).

🕉️Each session will be slightly different as I will teach some of the numerous Vedic breathwork and meditation techniques including:

• Japa Mala Bead Meditation
• Vizualization Meditation
• Body Scan Relaxation
• Chakra Balancing
• Silent Witness Meditation
• Nadi Shodhana Breathwork
• Yogic Breathwork
• Viloma Breathwork
• Kumbhaka Breathwork and so much more!

🧘🏻‍♀️Each session will have a new yoga class plan, so no two classes will be the same. I am qualified in Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. However our class will be more of a slow yoga, focused on stretching and slow movement. This will help us prepare for our sound healing.

☮️ During the Sound Healing I use a few different instruments throughout the sound healing component, but the stars of the show are the Crystal Singing Bowls. The singing bowls are used to help your body fully rest, and to balance your Chakras one by one.

💟I have been lucky enough to partner up with "Soulpops" which is what we will be using for our Mini Cacao Ceremony. Soulpops use a Certified Organic Ceremonial Cacao (Organic Theobroma Cacao from Peru) and they come in two flavours: Honey and Cinnamon or Canadian Maple Syrup. You can choose which flavour you would prefer on the day.
💫The cacao ceremony is a chance for you to bring some intention and awareness into your morning, both with the stimulation of the senses with cacao, and with the mindfulness associated with the ceremony.

💛So what do you need to bring on the day?

• Yoga Mat (Necessary)
• Cushion/ Bolster (Optional)
• Blanket (Optional)
• Water bottle (Optional)
• Eye Mask (Optional)
• Clothes comfortable enough for a Yoga Class & for sitting/laying
• Anything else to make yourself more comfy on the day

❣️The class will finish at 11.30am, just in time for lunch :) If you haven't checked it out, just across the way from the studio is a gorgeous cafe called 'Greendays', the perfect way to end your morning.
