Join us for a social run in Dunfermline on Sunday 6th April ?Meeting at Starbucks, Fife Leisure Park at 10.15am for a 10.30am start. We will run towards Amazon and into Calais Muir Woods and around Duloch.
Approximately distance 5K, depending on numbers and leaders, we can extend the distance for those who wish to do a little more.
You are invited to join us at Starbucks for a cuppa on return back to the car park.
jogcowdenbeath will not be held responsible for any injures occurred during the social run.
When attending jogcowdenbeath social runs:
• Please ensure you are fit and able to run, you are responsible for yourself.
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the conditions.
• Children/dogs are permitted to join under your responsibility, please ensure they are able to run the same distance as yourself.
• Please notify another runner if you stop mid-session.
• Most importantly, enjoy yourself!
