Weekly in-person Sunday meditation.All are welcome to come for silent sitting meditation alternating with walking meditation, in the shrine room.
You may join for all or part of the three hour session.
There is an optional opportunity for conversation during the last 15 minutes of the morning.
No registration is necessary.
