Five-Week MTB Program | Ages 13–16 | Kalamunda Trails
Push your limits, ride real trails, and have a blast with your crew. Sunday Shredz combines shuttle-assisted rides, expert coaching, and fun on the Kalamunda and Dwellingup trail networks for 5 action-packed weeks.

Session runs: 7:30am – 10:30am *arrive 7:30am
What’s Included:
5 x Sunday Sessions (approx. 2.5–3 hours each)
Shuttle Uplifts (commercial operator), please note riding up will also be required!!!
Skills coaching covering:
Descending & technical features
Cornering & flow
Trail confidence & line choice
Safe progression on drops, rocks, and jumps
Post-ride snacks & fuel each week
Fun, social rides in a supportive crew environment
Shuttle Info:
Uplifts provided by a commercial provider (not exclusive to our group).
Riders/guardians must agree that shuttling is at own risk, including potential bike damage during transport.
Riders are responsible for ensuring their bike is mechanically sound.
Safety Kit Policy:
Riders must have:
Properly fitted full-face helmet
Gloves (essential)
Knee pads (essential) (elbow pads recommended)
Water (min. 750ml in bottle or pack)
Small backpack with snack, spare tube, pump/CO2, rain jacket
No gear = no ride * this will be enforced for safety and consistency.
Hot Weather Policy:
If forecast is 37°C+, sessions may be rescheduled.
On hot days: shorter laps, shaded trails, extra breaks.
Riders should bring extra water & electrolytes.
Expect to get sweaty, dusty, and gritty – that’s all part of the fun!
Program Cost:
$385 (five sessions, includes shuttles, coaches and refreshments.
Cancellations & Refunds:
No refunds, credits, swaps, or alternative dates for missed sessions.
