A two hour workshop aimed at improver/intermediate dancers: we’ll focus on creating and sustaining movement which fills available space and really uses all the music.
Exploring ideas like travelling to the end of the line, working on whole body dancing and maintaining energy, this is a great chance to tune into fluidity and flow
⭐️ Then, from 2-5pm, join us for social dancing and great music at February's Sunday Shimmy! Open to all levels of dance experience, this is the best way to improve your dancing and get to know other dancers better. Bar and kitchen open too.
