This one-hour workshop will be a chance to reconnect with your body and support your journey towards wholeness through nervous system regulation, somatic practices and conscious movement. The most effective way to regulate our nervous system is to create intentional time to be in and with the body.
This workshop will be a space of curiosity and play, where we'll explore tools to regulate your nervous system and reduce embodied stress, leaving you calm, grounded and more in touch with your authentic, embodied self.
