What is Sound Healing?Sound healing uses the power of sound vibrations to restore harmony within the body, mind, and soul.
Sound healing has the incredible ability to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for promoting a sense of balance and well-being. As we delve into this therapeutic practice, we will bring your body and mind into a state of homeostasis, allowing your natural healing abilities to awaken.
Through this experience, you will also discover the magic that happens when your brain waves slow down, entering the alpha state. This state of mind is known for its ability to enhance creativity, intuition, and deep relaxation.
What happens at SSSH?
During the SSSH we start with African drumming to help ground you.
Then Yoga Nidra - Guided relaxation to help find ease and release in your body and mind.
Then Shamanic Drumming to help ground and clear your energies.
Then Chakra Crystal Singing Bowls which are tuned into your chakras - energy centres and will resonate with you to find your balance and release.
Then Hluru Tongue Drum to take you on a journey.
Then Zaphir chimes to bring peace and tranquility.
What to bring to SSSH?
You can choose to lay down on the floor or sit on a chair.
If you are laying down, please bring a yoga mat or some other mat and a blanket to lie on and a blanket to go over you. Also pillows for comfort.
If you will be sitting, there are plastic chair available, however you can bring a more comfortable camp chair and pillows for your head, back and feet. Blanket to go over you.
Wear comfortable clothes and warm socks.
Bring a water bottle to drink, even bring a hot water bottle for comfortable.
What is provided?
I will have some yoga mats, large and small bolsters and lavender eyepillows. Plastic chairs.

The door will open at 3:25pm
It is $25 for the SSSH.
All tickets must be purchased before the session - no tickets sold at the door.
