Our human lives are greatly enriched by the relationships we have with nonhuman beings with whom we share life on this planet. Join us for a joyful service of gratitude for the many ways that animals show up in our lives. We will commemorate beloved pets who have passed away, celebrate species that inspire us, and offer blessings for animals that are special to us. You can help co-create a meaningful worship experience by 1) bringing a photo of a pet or special animal you would like to give a blessing to, 2)bringing a photo or memorial memento of a pet who has passed away, and 3) dressing up! You are invited to wear clothes that celebrate animals, whether that is an animal costume, your favorite pair of kitty ears, or a dinosaur t-shirt. No actual animals will be present in the sanctuary for this worship service; please leave your pets at home.
