Terms & Conditions – Waiver of Liability & Media Consent

By purchasing a ticket to this Hybrid Hooligans event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Participation at Your Own Risk: You understand that participation in physical fitness activities involves inherent risks, including injury. You voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risk of harm or injury that may occur and release Hybrid Hooligans, its organisers, partners, and venues from all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Medical Fitness: You confirm you are physically capable of participating and have not been advised otherwise by a health professional.
• No Claims: You agree not to bring any claim or legal action against Hybrid Hooligans or any affiliated parties for injuries, loss, or damage incurred through participation.
• Media Use Consent: You grant Hybrid Hooligans permission to capture and use photos or video of you from the event for promotional and social media purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media, it is your responsibility to notify event staff prior to the event.

By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.
