Sunday Serenity
Spend your Sunday afternoon with us for a Juicy Yoga Flow with Devin, followed by a Restorative Sound Bath with Caitlin! Check out the in house businesses, grab a mocktail (or cocktail) at the Bar, relax and unwind before we transition into a new week.
Yoga will be a beginner-friendly flow for every body! Put together with the intention to bring you mindful movement and a supportive atmosphere.
The Restorative Sound Bath will be curated to bring regulation to the nervous system. After spending time getting in your body through Yoga with Devin, this Sound Bath will be the cherry on top of your experience!
This is FREE and open to all! Limited space is available. Donations are welcome!
