We hold a Sunday Saunter each month which is for club members only, however this August event is "open to all" so come along and see what you're missing out on!We'll be leaving the Bury St. Edmunds War Memorial (on Angel Hill) at 10am (arrive from 9.30am) and will be visiting Landguard Museum and Fort in Felixstowe with specific access and an introductory talk for those attending with the club.
At Landguard Fort there is free parking for Classic Cars immediately outside the museum and a pay car park very close by for those that choose to bring their everyday car.
We have discounted entry into the museum (£6 per adult and £1 per child) that includes tea and biscuits, along with an introductory talk by one of the staff. For those that wish to, a separate tour is available of The Fort which is next to the museum.
For those that wish to dine, The View Point Cafe is a few minutes walk. Here you can watch the massive container ships unload whilst you eat.
