KJ, The Rooted Yogi and California Sauna Club have teamed up to bring you a 2 hour micro retreat of renewal.
KJ will guide an hour of yoga follow for an hour of sauna and optimal cold plunge. Please wear clothes you are comfortable practicing yoga in and getting in the sauna and cold plunge. There is a bathroom close by if you need to change.
Bring your yoga mat and towel. Any questions please reach out.
