This group gathers every Sunday night. There is no fee to attend. Donations to the Sivananda Yoga Center, which is run entirely by volunteers, are always appreciated.
If you are late we ask that you enter the temple quietly so not to disturb the Meditation. Please do not go upstairs, the temple is to the right when you walk in.
Blankets and cushions are available for all. Chairs are also provided if needed.
Satsang is defined as a gathering of good people seeking Truth through the performance of devotional activities. 'Sat' means Truth & "Sangha" is a gathering of people over a collected purpose. Each satsang begins with silent Meditation, our daily chant, kirtan (devotional songs), a short discussion or reading, and prayer. We hope you'll join us some time.
