A weekly themed Sunday evening session incorporating sound healing, reiki, meditation, cards and more.Join us for the Sunday Sanctuary every Sunday from 6.30pm-8.00pm at The Wise Lotus Centre in London Colney. A safe haven to support your wellbeing and introduce calm and clarity for the week ahead.
Each week we will offer something different to reset, rejuvenate and realign mind, body and soul.
Sessions include sound healing, reiki, reiki drumming, coaching, guided meditations, card readings, sharing, cacao plus so much more.

The room will be set with candles, incense, and beautiful mood lighting to offer a little bit of tranquillity for your Sunday night. You even get self heating eye masks to relax those tired eyes and support the deepening of your meditation experience.
Mats, blankets, and water provided however, you are welcome to bring your own.
Please note, the sound healing sessions may not be suitable if you suffer with epilepsy or are currently pregnant.
