Join us in the QHut for a Hatha yoga flow session and celebration of the latest book, 'Foundational Yoga Flow,' from teacher and author Collette OM. The practice will feature poses that:
- Awaken: Warming and foundational poses as you start to move
- Deepen: Standing, hand-balancing, inversion, and backbend poses that flow into each other and inspire you to challenge yourself
- Soften: Seated and restorative poses to end your practice
Each ticket includes a cocktail or mocktail, as well as a pool pass to enjoy a dip post session. Copies of the book will be on hand for purchase and signing for $30. Be sure to BYO mat.
