Sunday Rise & Restore invites you to a 90-minute journey of gentle and nourishing restorative yoga, thoughtfully designed to foster physical, mental, and emotional release. This serene class integrates restorative yoga with guided meditation and calming pranayama (breathwork), creating a holistic experience that supports deep relaxation and renewal.Suitable for all levels, the practice is slow-paced, featuring longer-held postures to cultivate stillness, enhance mindfulness, and rejuvenate the nervous system, often taxed by the demands of daily life. Through the blend of mindful movement, conscious breathing, and meditative stillness, you’ll find a space to restore balance and reconnect with your inner calm.
This event is facilitated by Angelique Pratten. The founder of Peace it Together, she is a registered Level 2 Yoga Instructor with Yoga Australia, a certified Yoga Therapist, and a member of the Meditation Association of Australia. Angelique is a regular teacher at Yoga Brave, facilitating the Tuesday morning Gentle class at the Parish Hall.
To ensure a spacious and tranquil environment for everyone, class numbers for this event will be kept intentionally small. Secure your spot early to embrace this opportunity for rest, relaxation, and renewal.
So join Angelique on Sunday 16th March from 9.30am to 11am and give your body the gift of rest and restoration that it deserves.
