As you settle into the sound bath, the harmonious tones will help release tension, clear mental fog, and activate your body’s natural healing processes. The journey will gently ease you into a state of deep relaxation, promoting balance, well-being, and a sense of renewal.
This sound bath experience is not just about relaxation; it’s a journey from the “monkey mind”—the constant chatter of thoughts—into profound stillness. Tammy will use breathwork, guided visualization, and the transformative power of sound to lead you inward, creating an immersive environment that allows for deep healing and peace. Whether you’re new to sound therapy or an experienced practitioner, this session is designed to leave you feeling deeply relaxed, restored, and aligned.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolster/pillow, eye mask or soft cloth and anything else to help you make a super cozy spot on the floor. You may opt to bring a journal/pen to write about your experience at the end of the session. We recommend you wear comfy clothes, preferably layers and socks.
