Come join me at the Loft on Main in beautiful downtown Windermere for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath experience. This session invites you to unwind recharge your energy and reconnect with your inner calm through the soothing vibrations of frosted crystal singing bowls and the grounding resonance of the gong.To ensure you have plenty of time to settle in without feeling rushed please arrive 15 minutes early. Doors will close at 4:29 and the session will begin promptly at 4:30PM to maintain a serene and uninterrupted experience for everyone.
No experience is necessary.
Must bring your own yoga mat and any other supplies/materials to keep you comfortable. I highly recommend bringing the following:
- yoga mat
- towel
- pillow or bolster
- small blanket
- washcloth to cover your eyes or an eye pillow
The last thing you want to worry about is feeling discomfort during this beautiful sound journey.
This Sound Bath will be led by Ashley a Reiki Master Akashic Records Practitioner and Sound Healing Practitioner offering a peaceful experience to leave you feeling balanced calm and renewed.
