Cocoon Yoga Lab will guide students through an all-levels vinyasa flow to warm up the body and then through different postures using balls in the empowering therapeutic practice of Myofascial release—a form of soft tissue therapy that helps to release pain, increase mobility, and improve tissue hydration/general circulation. You will leave restored with a feeling to a deep tissue massage.
