SUNDAY RENEWAL: A Half-Day Yoga, Psychodrama & Sound Healing Retreat, an afternoon designed to help you transform limiting beliefs, awaken your body and spirit, and step into a mindset of possibility for the year. Through the healing practices of yoga, psychodrama, and sound healing, you will uncover inner points of view you get trapped in, shift what no longer serves you about that point of view, and step into new states of expansion and possibility that allow for transformation.
This retreat is a guided journey for therapists, healers, seekers, and anyone longing to move beyond limitation and embrace what’s possible.

Begin with an intention-creating and grounding in an opeing welcoming circle.
Warm-Up & Embodiment
Awaken mind, body and spirit through yoga, breathwork, and a sociometric exploration of limiting points of view you notice trapping you from experiencing expansion and possibility.
Psychodrama: The Drama of Transcending Inner Prisons to Access Freedom
Enact the inner story of limitation through role-play and group process, then invite possibility, allies, and future self to lived from a transformed narrative. Create an empowered point of view mantra to support your growth forward.

Sound Healing Journey
Relax into the resonance of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, releasing what no longer serves from limiting inner prisons and points of view and integrating freedom and a new living from a new paradigm for possibility.
