This space is guided by Brittney Fehr (she/her), a Registered Clinical Counsellor and certified trauma-informed yoga instructor who centres choice in everything she offers.
You won’t be told how your body should move.
�You’ll be invited to notice what feels right, and follow that.
There’s no pressure here.
�No “keeping up.”
�No expectations.
Just space to breathe, move, and come back to yourself.
