Sunday REST: where we consciously invite softness into our present experience and with care, arrange the body on the earth with deep awareness of what feels natural and blissful in the moment.
Moving through the physical shapes which allow you to inhabit the R E S T space, we take our time, support ourselves with soft and cosy yoga props and draw into comfort and ease.
Our Nidra allows us to lean into the truth of who we are and remember that we are innately peaceful and connected beings.
Our Your Own Yoga offerings are a celebration of community as we come together to share a life-nourishing practice that honours the uniqueness of our individual bodies and spirits in collective harmony.
This practice is suitable for beginners and is offered for koha (monthly memberships for all Your Own Yoga offerings are also available if this suits better).
