During this 75-Minute meditation experience, you can set the intention for the journey your soul wishes to travel – from deep release and relaxation, to gentle activation and healing.

Please bring:

Yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and whatever you may need to feel comfortable in the space. Please note your body temperature may fluctuate during the meditation – bring blankets! A journal may also be a good idea to record any wisdom or downloads you might have.
