Their historic building was built in 1903 and was originally a fireplace mantel factory. The building has been at the center of Baltimore commerce for over a century.
Pairing will be powered by Matchbox. It’s a software that uses relationship science to find you your most compatible match at the party. The algorithm has matched more than half a million people to date, across 40 countries. It optimizes for long-term compatibility, based on values—but it’s up to you to see if you’ll click.
How it works:
Upon arrival, you’ll take a matching questionnaire built by Matchbox's team of relationship scientists and curated by your host.
The Matchbox algorithm will identify your optimal match at the party, based on relationship science, AI, and Nobel Prize-winning economics.
After mingling with the whole group, matches are revealed!
What to expect:
The matching process is highly intentional—come with an open mind.
If your match isn’t love at first sight, that’s okay! The algorithm is designed for long-term compatibility, so at baseline, you’ll be values-aligned.
At the end of the day, this will be a great group of single people. Enjoy meeting everyone, and remember to be kind.
Please plan to arrive by 6:00 PM to check in and get settled.This event depends on everyone being present so the algorithm can accurately create matches based on your answers.
The Mystery Pairing will begin promptly at 6:30 PM, and anyone arriving after this time will not be able to participate. This is to ensure the experience runs seamlessly.
The first clue drops at 6:30 PM sharp, and once it’s released, we won’t be able to add late arrivals to the pairing process.
