Penn Cove Musselfest Chowder Tasting: Try our world-famous mussels in a cooking competition like no other!
On Sunday, March 9th from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM, sample top-secret mussel chowder recipes from up to 12 local restaurants. Make sure to vote for your favorite dish – you can find a ballot box at any chowder-tasting station. Your vote matters! The winning chefs receive a coveted award and bragging rights for a year.
Ticket Price: $50

- Up to 12 2oz tastings of world-famous Penn Cove mussel chowder prepared by Coupeville restaurants
- Chowder tasting journal

This ticket is for Sunday only and is not transferrable to Saturday. You can pick up your chowder tasting ticket and Musselfest swag at the Coupeville Rec Hall on Sunday, March 9th beginning at 10 AM.
There's lots to do at Penn Cove Musselfest! Check out live music at the Blue Zone and the Penn Cove Shellfish tent (21+ and Saturday only), meet the mermaids, take a boat tour of the Penn Cove mussel beds, learn to prepare mussels from regional chefs at our Chef Demos, visit local shops and restaurants, go on a treasure hunt and have fun with kids activities, compete in a mussel-eating contest & more!
