CLOVEClove is an 8-piece folk band playing the music of 3 songwriters Èloïse, Madeline and Danny. In the tunes you might hear the songwriters’ love of acoustic guitar, vocal harmony and Neil Young. The band have been playing gigs since 2020, finding a lot of inspiration from other local musicians and creatives in Walyalup.
Clove has released their debut album this year! This album is a culmination of years of experimenting with a broad range of musicians, instruments and arrangements which bring richness and texture to the songs.
SYMMETRICAL DOGS
Symmetrical Dogs is a 3-piece prog-folk group writing and performing on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja. Volatile vocal performance blends with elaborate guitar lines and architectural percussion. Believing in exploration before results, the music is both accessible and subversive. The debut ep ‘Birthday Rabbit Foot Wish’ is now up on band camp and all streaming platforms.
