This is an accessible all-levels 45-60 minute Slow Gentle Hatha flow yoga class, and everyone is welcome, including beginners! It's the perfect way to unwind and prep for your upcoming week.
Bring a yoga mat, water, and all your friends and family.
Space is limited per the businesses regulations and registration is required, so please grab your ticket here on Eventbrite to join. Each week tends to fill up, so be sure to snag your spot early, and please Cancel your tickets if you know you will be unable to attend.
