Join me this Sunday at 10 am for a refreshing outdoor yoga session at the Terry Hershey Park gazebo.
The park entrance is located on Memorial Dr, between Highway 6 and Eldridge Pkwy. Across S Mayde Creek Dr. The gazebo is located near the restrooms.
We’ll move through a gentle, grounding flow perfect for all levels, with plenty of space to stretch, breathe, and reset in the fresh air. Bring your mat, water, and whatever helps you get comfy. It’s a sweet little way to start your Sunday and give your body some love. Make sure to arrive a few minutes early as the class will start at 10 am.
