Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga that focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation. Restorative yoga primarily consists of passive poses supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. The aim is to encourage deep relaxation and release tension in the body and mind. This class is slow-paced, gentle and emphasizes conscious breathing and mindfulness. By releasing tension in the body and calming the mind, restorative yoga can help reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue. Join Yoga Instructor Nadine Daniel for a morning of relaxation, rejuvenation and renewal. This class will be held inside the Grotto. Please bring a pair of socks and dress comfortably. Limited space. All yoga props provided. Only $25 for one hour of restful yoga in the salt cave!
Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum registration is not reached. *Each teacher sets their needed ticket limit. Classes may be cancelled if less than 4 persons register.*
Registrations canceled less than 24 hours prior to the event start time will be canceled, however no refunds will be given. We will compensate our practitioners for the amount of tickets sold.
Events and group appointments start at their scheduled times and late entry will not be granted. Registration and pre-payment is required.
