Small Group Outdoor Hatha Yoga Classes at Singapore Botanic Gardens

Perfect for beginners who want to start their yoga journey in a nature.

What You'll Experience:

Our intimate outdoor hatha yoga sessions are specifically designed for newcomers to yoga and those seeking a gentle introduction to mindful practice. With class sizes capped at just 5 participants, you'll receive personalised attention while enjoying the tranquil environment of Singapore Botanic Gardens.

Who This Class Is For:

  • Complete beginners who have never tried yoga before
  • Busy professionals looking for stress relief in nature
  • Anyone intimidated by large studio classes who prefers small group settings
  • Nature lovers who want to combine outdoor time with wellness practice

What Each Session Includes:

  • Breathing exercises to ground yourself, centre your mind and be ready for the practice
  • Gentle loosening and warm-up exercises that prepare your body safely for yoga poses (asanas)
  • Beginner-friendly hatha yoga poses taught with clear, step-by-step guidance
  • Relaxation and pranayama (breathing techniques) to end your practice

Why Choose Outdoor Yoga at Singapore Botanic Gardens

  • Enhanced mental well-being: Studies show that being in green spaces reduces stress
  • Fresh air & sunshine benefits: Outdoor practice improves oxygen flow and energy levels
