Sunday Morning Group Ride

Come out every Sunday morning at 8:30AM for our weekly group ride led by Cognition Cyclery staff members.

The ride route is posted every Friday or Saturday on our Strava club page.

We do our best to accommodate different levels of riders but we tend to consider the ride more of a "tempo" ride and less of a "no drop" ride, but again, we do our best to ensure everyone has a good time.
