Ecstatic Dance is a moving meditation. The music follows an arc: beginning in stillness, building to a thumping, heart opening crescendo, then returning to spaciousness with a soothing sound bath.
We invite you to move authentically, follow your body’s wisdom, and let go—whether that means leaping, rolling, twerking, twirling, or simply breathing into stillness. Discover the joy of freeform dance, community connection, and the liberation of mind and body.
