The mission of Sunday Joy Brunch is to connect you with other likeminded people who are focused on creating more joy and happiness in the everyday.
Once per month, we come together in multiple states throughout the USA to enjoy brunch together.

Meet your Sunday Joy Brunch host, Kylie Rae Fitzgibbons:
Kylie Rae is the Director of Happiness & Founder of Service with a Smile training, demonstrates it is possible to see the positive yet practical side of things and people. Happy people produce great results! Service with a Smile training and development programs create happy employees who produce great results.
From server assistant to General Manager by age 30, Kylie Rae has first hand experience of building a successful career dedicated to luxury hospitality operations. Throughout this experience, she discovered the missing link to most successful businesses… Employee Engagement improves retention, a positive workspace culture, productivity and profitability. Kylie started presenting workshops, training presentations locally and internationally in 2014. In 2018, Kylie created a weekly complimentary table talk concept called KROS Happiness Class; designed to redefine the stereotypical Monday Blues concept in a positive light. This has evolved over time into KROS Monday Morning Motivation Zoom Calls. “When you win your Monday, You will win your week!” Born and raised in Lancaster, PA, her luxury hospitality operations career of 16+ year allowed her to live in multiple cities across the East Coast of the US and in the Carribean. She now resides in North Dallas, Texas, working with business owners and professionals worldwide.
