Sunday FundayEver do a lunch and learn with a Sommelier? They are a lot more interesting than those held at your workplace! In this roughly 1 hour session Darren will be cooking in the Meyer's Demo Kitchen and presenting a plate with 3 different wines for pairing fun. We will discuss the best option out of our wines to pair with the dish, reviewing important pairing tips and tricks. Finally we finish with a formal evaluation of one of the 3 wines using the Wine and Spirits Education trust method of sensory analysis. 50/pp, multiple seatings available (seatings at 1pm, 2:30pm, 3:45pm).
