Join us for a relaxing yet energizing Sunday Funday that’s perfect for the whole family! On Sunday, January 26th, we’re bringing together mindfulness and movement for a day of fun, fitness, and connection.(Please list activities).
2 PM - 3PM: Family Zumba - A free, high-energy class that's great for parents and kids. Classes feature original Zumba choreography and are designed to be fun.

4PM - 5PM: Family Meditation - a class that teaches families how to meditate together. Meditation is a practice that involves using mental and physical techniques to focus or clear the mind. It can help people relax, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve their physical and psychological wellbeing.
