What: Chocolate Making Class
Host: Kevin from Kevbot Chocolates
Price: $10 per person
Details: Participants learn the basics of making chocolate, focusing on tempering and dipping. Kevin will teach students the essential techniques of properly heating and cooling chocolate to achieve a smooth, glossy finish. participants also get to sample chocolate throughout the event, and leave with a chocolate bar of their choice!
The bar will remain open during the event and some small bites will be available for purchase, but the brunch buffet is not available after 2pm.
