All levels welcome and no yoga experience needed. Modifications will be offered

Participant Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following for yourself and everyone in your party:

1. I am participating in a Yoga Class offered by Cheryl Palmer and Acclamation Brewery during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga and health. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any Yoga Class. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in the Yoga Class.

3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga Class, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the program.

4. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga Class, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Cheryl Palmer for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

5. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Cheryl Palmer for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

6. I hereby grant Cheryl Palmer and Acclamation Brewery permission to use my likeness in photograph(s) in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by. I will make no monetary or other claim against Cheryl Palmer and Have U Herd Goatscaping for the use of the photograph(s).

Cheryl Palmer refund policy: No refunds given, except in the event of cancellation/postponement from vendor or creator of the event. No exceptions. Please e-mail the event organizer if your schedule changes and you need to transfer your ticket to a friend.
