Cards:
Form your own mixed division card.
Minimum 3 players and maximum of 4 players per card without TD permission. Failure to follow these rules will result in disqualification of the entire card.
There needs to be at least 3 players per card to collect ACE/CTP or CASH pots.
CTP (Closest to pin):
There will be 1 or more CTP’s depending on turnout. The CTP pot is equally divided between winners.
CTP’s are typically marked with a flag at the tee box and a flag with CTP card attached for the winner to sign.
Mulligans:
All players can have one mulligan per round. A mulligan must be called immediately after a throw, before picking up a marker and before another player throws.
You cannot leave your current lie to check your throw before deciding to use a mulligan. A mulligan can be used on any hole including CTP holes. If an ACE is hit using a mulligan, it counts as a 1 on the scorecard, but is not eligible to collect the ace pot.
A provisional and a mulligan cannot be called on the same shot.
Guidelines:
Parking lots, Streets, Sidewalks, Pathways, Fences and Beyond are OB. Play one meter from where the disc was spotted leaving inbounds. All players on the card must agree on the location. Proceed with an additional one stroke penalty.
Ponds and Creeks are OB unless TD specifies. Standing water is casual unless marked or specified by TD. Disc that are not over or touching land are OB. Lost discs must re-tee or throw from the location last spotted inbounds. All players on the card must agree on the location. Proceed with an additional one stroke penalty.
If you miss a Mando, throw from the drop zone if available or tee again. Add an additional one stroke penalty and proceed.
There is no 2 meter rule.
This is NOT a PDGA sanctioned event but we play using PDGA guidelines in order to create a fair and level playing field as well as prepare players for PDGA tournaments.
Placement:
1st place cash ties are broken by a CTP hole chosen by TD, all other ties split evenly.
Tags:
Tags are turned in before the round and distributed after the round based on scores.
Top 10 Bag Tag ties are broken by previous lowest tag, all others are auto sorted by UDisc.
If you cannot finish a round or if you finish a round and cannot stay to collect your tag, please arrange for someone to collect it for you. If there is an emergency or extenuating circumstance please let the TD know prior to leaving. HDG will not be responsible for unclaimed tags. All unclaimed tags will be forfeited.
Your tag is proof of membership please keep track of it. There is a $5 fee to replace lost and forfeited tags.
You must be present to collect CASH winnings. All unclaimed cash will be forfeited. All cash payouts are calculated by the HDG payout chart and are non-negotiable. We pay 30% of the field per division. 100% of cash collected goes to the players.
