Hello humans, We've got just what you need to reset and recharge. Join us this Sunday, March 31st, at Sacred Space Miami for Sunday Flow. Think of it as your personal oasis after Miami music week. We've put together a blend of uplifting yoga flow, invigorating ice bath and supportive community vibes to help you find your balance and reclaim your energy. It's time to get back to feeling like your best self. Can't wait to see you in the flow!
What you need:
- Yoga mat.
- Towel.
- Change of clothes.

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Sunday Flow experience , Come and experience a truly transformative journey with us in our new home The Sacred space, Miami.
We will begin with a dynamic and uplifting 60min yoga class and 20min breath-work session. designed to get your body moving, stretch your muscles and help you find your inner peace. The class will be suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
After the yoga class, we will move on to the ice bath Experience. This may sound daunting, but trust me, it is an incredibly refreshing and invigorating experience that you won't want to miss. You will be guided through the process to ensure that you stay safe and comfortable.
No experience is necessary.
This ancient therapy has been used for centuries to help reduce inflammation, boost circulation, boost mood and promote overall wellness.
