About this Event
Join us for Chef Brie's 5 course tasting . This experience is in Princeton, NJ.
Brie presents her 3rd tasting pop-up. She will be highlighting dishes that have inspired her along her culinary journey. Your ticket will include 5-courses (Vegan options available),champagne toast, mockatils, views of the open kitchen, live poetry and a valentines suprise . Some chef's pair wine with their meals but Brie has paired her dishes with Maree (the poet). Maree will be preforming her love inspired poetry during your tasting. This event is a byow(bring your own wine). If you miss your time slot, we will try to accommodate you for the next session ( if it's not sold out).
SESSIONS: There are two time slots to choose from ( 2:30 pm- 4pm OR 7- 8:30 pm)
ADDITIONS: There is a first come, first served sleepover and breakfast option . (More info under ticketing)
VEGAN OPTIONS: Vegan options are available - once your ticket is purchased contact Brie (609-213-4778) . Include
TIME: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time slot. We start promptly, so please be considerate since we have multiple tastings on this day
IMPORTANT PARKING INFO: This location only holds 15 cars and doesn't allow street parking. Please carpool if you're coming with others and or if you're able to uber to the location. (Keep in mind parking is in a driveway and your car may be blocked by others)
