A.P. Chef is thrilled to host a special Sunday feast at Bristol’s community hub, The Robin Hood. As the frost settles and nights grow longer, the pub invites you in for a cosy afternoon of warmth and comfort. The feast will feature vibrant, nourishing sharing plates designed to bring people together over the season’s finest ingredients from local artisans and suppliers, including Mark's Bread, Community Farm, Five Acre Farm, Yeo Valley, Hodmedods, and Meat Box Bristol. Each dish will capture the rich, comforting flavors of the season, crafted with care and creativity in A.P. Chef’s signature style.

Ali is a Leith’s trained chef and has been running her own catering business, A.P. Chef for the last 7 years. Ali's culinary philosophy revolves around celebrating seasonal, exceptional produce, crafting inventive dishes that soak up the flavours of the environment. With roots in London's esteemed kitchens—Andrew Edmunds, River Café, and Padella—Ali brings a wealth of experience to her vibrant, veg-centric creations that explode with flavour.
Beyond her culinary endeavours, Ali is a passionate community builder. From hosting supper clubs and retreats to curating private and corporate events, she has a flair for bringing people together through the joy of good food.
Ali's commitment extends beyond the kitchen; she's a fervent advocate for regenerative farming practices. Collaborating with producers who prioritize working in harmony with nature, Ali ensures every plate from A.P. Chef not only delivers superior nutrition but also contributes to biodiversity and soil health.
