About this Event
You are invited to vend at a special open-air farmer's market that takes place each Sunday in the heart of Roosevelt Row!
Located in the Alcove of the Roosevelt Row Apartments on the north side of Roosevelt Street between 4th and 5th Streets
Food and drink vendors are encouraged to register as well as health and beauty vendors, regardless of skill level. Artists and boutiques are also encouraged to register. We reserve the right to expel any vendors who we feel might be misrepresenting their involvement in the creation of their products.
Each booth registered will be given a $10 credit to spend with the farm stand. Per booth, not per person.
NO GAS GENERATORS!
FOOD AND DRINK VENDORS: YOU MUST HAVE ALL YOUR APPLICABLE MARICOPA COUNTY PERMITS AVAIBLE FOR INSPECTION BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AT ALL TIME WHILE VENDING.
This is a Family Friendly Event. No 18+ Products are allowed
We reserve the right to remove any vendors for any reason at any time.
Refunds: No refunds or credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
Please note this is is a rain or shine event.
Absolutely no Multi-Level Marketing or Services/Promotions are allowed.
Pay very close attention to the ticket you purchase. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, but are not guaranteed.
Do not claim a space until you are assigned by the organizer.
Certain spaces are reserved for volunteer vendors.
Spaces are assigned at the discretion of the organizer.
DAYTIME MARKET:
Set-up time is from 8:00 am to 9:30 am!
Have a copy of your specific ticket on hand for correct placement.
Vendors must be ready to sell by 9:45 am.
You may begin packing up no earlier than 3:45 pm and must be off the lot by 5:00 pm.
ALL VENDORS MUST LOAD IN FROM 5TH STREET LOCATED TO THE EAST OF THE MARKET. NO CARS WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE MARKET OR ON ROOSEVELT STREET FOR LOADING OR UNLOADING FOR ANY REASON.We are not responsible for any accidents or citations that result from breaking this rule. Please do not block the right of way with your vehicle during set-up times. Unload your gear first and then find parking. DO NOT SET UP YOUR BOOTH WHILE YOUR CAR IS ON 5TH STREET. Similarly, we ask that you pack up your booth before bringing your car to load your gear. This greatly reduces the time needed for set-up and break down, ensuring a better day for everyone!
Space is limited. Please do not attempt to set up unless you have reserved a spot through this listing.
There are restrooms available in the adjacent businesses located around the area.
This market is self-guided and run by fellow vendors who are more than happy to guide you to your space and answer any questions you might have.
