About this Event
We will come together to share a space for sound meditation and mindfulness.
I will begin with a brief explanation of what to expect and the science behind sound frequencies and how they affect our brain and overall health.
Following this you will be invited to get comfortable and relax as you are guided into a deep meditation and sound journey. The warm tones, sound frequencies and vibrations of quart crystal singing bowls and other therapeautic instruments will gently support you into an altered state of consciousness. These sounds aid in letting go of physical, mental, and emotional stresses, promoting a sense of peace and overall well-being.
No experience is needed for this practice.
Whether you attend alone or with a friend or family member, you will be made very welcome.
What do I need to bring? Think cosy.
Please bring along anything which you help you to feel relaxed and cost. This may include a yoga mat/camping mat, blanket, eye mask/scarf to cover your eyes, cushions to help you feel comfortable if you choose to lie on the floor. Chairs are also available if being on the floor is not right for you. Please let me know if advance.

IMPORTANT: Contraindications
Sound healing is a safe and effective stress management tool. However, if you have any of the following conditions or are under supervision by a mental health team/health care provider; please check it is safe for you to attend.
Severe mental health condition: Clinical Depression, Bipolar, Psychosis, Schizophrenia.
Pregnant women in their first or third trimester.
Hearing / Tinnitus / Sound Sensitive Conditions.
Metal implants / Pacemaker.
Epilepsy.
By booking you are declaring that this event is safe for you to attend, you agree to notify your GP should your health or symptoms adversely change, and you take responsibility for your own wellbeing.
Event Timing
Doors will open at 5.50p.m.
The door will be locked for security at 6p.m. prompt.
No late arrivals will be admitted.
Venue Access
Once your booking is complete, you will receive a follow-up email with the entry code for the gate.

Free car parking is available on Sundays at the end of Broad Street in Herring Lane pay and display car park - Postcode PE11 1TL.

5.1. Clients are responsible for arriving promptly for their scheduled appointments, whether in-person or virtual.
5.2. Clients should ensure they are in a suitable environment for the session, free from distractions and disturbances.
