TLDR: We are starting at 12pm on Sunday, July 7th 2024 at Main Street Yoga Center. First 20 mins guided movement followed by 80 min Ecstatic Dance.Details:
Come join us for a daytime Ecstatic Dance, guided movement, stretching, at the beautiful Main Street Yoga Center in Madison, WI
Cost: $10 - $15, payable at the door (we also accept Venmo).
Ecstatic Dance Basics: Dance anyway you like. No talking on the dance floor. No shoes. Respect the space and others. Enjoy!
Suggested Attire: wear something loose fitting that you can move around in. People often wear yoga clothes. No shoes on the dance floor. Bring a water bottle.
Schedule:
12 - 12:30 am, Guided movement, stretching, gentle Yoga, floor work.
12:30 - 1:45 pm, Ecstatic dance
1:45 - 1:55 pm, Closing Circle
