Join a two hour yoga class honoring your digestive system - we need it! Using inversion and hip poses we will dive deep into the two lower chakras: root and belly and we will even chant their sounds (bijas). This extended class holds the promise of profound rest and digest through restorative poses so expect to use every and all props in all of Rört"
ABOUT THE TEACHER
One of the leading figures of Yoga in Copenhagen, Soham Johansen is a storyteller at heart and he weaves his delightful energy with passion, skill and humor into funky flows, new poses and restorative yoga - all supported by technical precision. Artfully he draws knowledge and inspiration from a background in Anusara Yoga, Sanskrit, Language and Cultural Studies, Ayurveda and two decades of immersing in the Yoga tradition of Siddha Yoga.
