Candlelight Sound Bath with Chelsey Keding 4-5pm
No prior experience or knowledge needed to enjoy this intimate and phenomenal sound bath experience with Chelsey Keding, professional musician, music teacher, and certified sound therapy practitioner.
Dress comfortably and bring any comfort items (pillow, blanket, hot drink, etc). We’ll explore a few meditation and sound practices together before settling into deep relaxation for a sound bath of voice, crystal singing bowls, shruti box, ocean drum, and more.
Candlelight Restorative Yoga + Reiki with Lindsay Schooler 6-7:30pm
All levels accessible | 1st & 3rd Sunday each month 6:00-7:30pm
Trauma-informed slow flow and deeply restorative yoga. Monthly theme is seasonally & astrologically guided.
Learn both ancient and modern stress management tools to soothe our nervous system and build resilience in our body/mind/spirit.
Ease into and enjoy a gently guided practice, fully supported by restorative yoga props (provided).
Borrow ours and/or bring your own mat, blanket(s), bolster, blocks, eye pillow/mask.
Due to limited space, cancellations within 48hrs of class cannot be refunded, unless the open space is filled. Message us to be added to the waitlist of any sold out class or event -OR- to book any private individual or group session.
